Balau / Selangan Batu hardwood coasters are generously cut
into 1/2" slices of nature for your work desk. It would require
a carbide tipped sawblade spinning at 5,600rpm and sheer concentration
to rip through an industrial strength block of construction timber.
Hand filed edges means that every piece is as different as the next,
and spray coating with a high-tech polyurethane layer enhances scratch,
heat and water resistance on the surface. And you thought coasters
were boring.
